Sorry I have been away for a bit.  I'm gonna do better, I swear!!!!  Here is a look with my favorite color-pink.  Sorry that they pics are a bit blurry, I was in a hurry going to work!

 

~ I used the silver from the True Colors "Racey Pink" stack for the inner corners of my eyes, see link below:

~ I also used the deepest pink in that same stack for the middle of my lid

~ I used "Storm" from Mary Kay for the outer lid, then blended until satisfied.

~Under my brow, I used "Moonstone" from Mary Kay

~ For my brows, I used "Sable"eyeliner from Mary Kay, then used the spool brush to soften the look

~ Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner

~Maybelline "Define A Lash" mascara in black

Blueberry Friday

Well it's the last day of my old job, I'm so excited about starting my new one on Monday!  Today I felt like being blue...

Here are the products that I used for this look:

~ Inner corner of my lid: True Colors-Fantasy stack (light blue color)

A Splash of Purple

Me taking pics at work again...but I just received great news that I got the job I have been waiting for.  It is close to home, good pay and back in my field (graphics)...so I'm excited!  I start Monday, so I need to make sure the makeup is on point!  Below is my purple look:

Orange Juice Thursday

Playing around with some more color, I decided to try my "Authentic" by OCC, then used "Espresso" by Mary Kay on the outer side of the lid.  Though it's described as a copper color, it looks like orange on my skin...so what do you do????  Wear something to match it! lol

After seeing these pics, I realized that I need some color to those lips, so I'll probably go with something neutral.

My Stash

Sorry I haven't blogged in awhile.  I wanted to show you the stack of eyeshadows that I purchased from Glamourdolleyes:

Unfortunately, though the colors are awesome, the stack itself was kind of small.  I guess I am used to the stacks from "True Colors".  See the difference with the two side by side???

I know I don't need any more eyeshadows, I went a little crazy when I found "True Colors".  I bought 20 stacks....yeah 20!!!  And in each stack, there are 8 colors (though some colors may repeat, it's still worth it)  Here is my makeup drawer (which I can't get much more in anymore, I need a few shelfs maybe)  hehehe

And here are the 20 stacks, I don't regret having to do a little payment plan for these....

And here are a few styles that I have used these colors...just playing around :)

Oh How I Love Friday

Good morning!  I woke up excited because I can try my new eyeshadow that I bought from Glamourdolleyes.  The colors are so pretty.  I bought a stack of five with the following colors: Chocoholic, Ladies Night, Lovers Lane, Phyrra and Veteran.  I think my next color to buy from them will be "Tattooed".  So, this morning I tried Phyrra blended to Veteran...

Don't ask me my I'm wearing a pink shirt, because it doesn't match!  lol, oh well! I'll upload a pic of the colors this evening so you can see them, very vibrant!  Have a good one!

Another Tuesday

As I sit watching recorded episodes of "House" in my PJs, I can't help but notice the quiet surrounding me.  Today wasn't a bad day...it just was.  It was the first day that I went to work without my buddy that was let go yesterday...which I still can't understand.  It makes me so mad!

It's also a day that I am lonely here at home.  I usually don't like to chat on the phone for hours at a time, but today I actually waited for my phone to ring.  I'm still waiting...

Anywho, I guess I better get back to House...he isn't gonna watch himself!

Oh, just to share, I've been practicing my eyeshadow style.  I went to work flooded in purple last week...I'm diggin it!
